About
An operations firm that happens to be very good at AI.
Arqtix exists because most AEC firms don't need more AI enthusiasm. They need someone who understands how their work actually moves and can build the systems that make it move with less friction.
01Founder
Kyle Sheker
Founder, Arqtix
Kyle spent 2011–2019 working in the AEC industry across design/build and construction environments, working alongside developers, construction managers, superintendents, architects, interior designers, landscape architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
After leaving AEC, he built and operated SaaS businesses and began applying AI and automation to eliminate operational friction inside his own companies — proposal workflows, reporting, knowledge retrieval, and the administrative layer that quietly consumes a growing company's best hours.
Arqtix brings those two worlds together: firsthand knowledge of how AEC firms operate, and hands-on experience implementing the systems that change how the work gets done.
02How we work
What we believe.
Workflows before tools
A tool purchased into a broken workflow makes the workflow more expensive. We map how work actually moves — proposal to project setup to closeout — before recommending anything.
Prioritization is the real work
There are hundreds of things AI could do inside an AEC firm. The value comes from knowing which five are worth doing first, and what each is worth in hours and margin.
Implementation, not recommendations
A deck full of ideas changes nothing. We build the automations, configure the systems, and stay involved until the workflow is running in production.
Independence by design
We don't want your firm dependent on Arqtix forever. Part of every engagement is teaching your people to spot and implement the next opportunity themselves.
03The difference
Not a generic AI consultant.
The distinction isn't the models or the tooling. It's whether the person across the table has sat in your kind of project meeting.
Starts with a technology stack.
Starts with how your proposals, RFIs, timesheets, and reports actually move.
Delivers a strategy document.
Delivers working workflows, a 90-day roadmap, and a 6–12 month plan.
Speaks in generic business use cases.
Speaks in go/no-go decisions, submittal logs, change events, and utilization.
Creates ongoing dependency.
Builds internal capability so your team can keep going without us.
Next step
See what this looks like inside your firm.
An Arqtix assessment maps your workflows, prices the opportunity in hours, and gives you a prioritized plan you could execute with or without us.
We intentionally limit the number of active engagements so we can stay deeply involved in the work.
